You may exchange or return unworn merchandise for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. We also offer a full refund or exchange for any order received in defective or damaged condition, or missing items, within 30 days from date of purchase. In the event you are missing an item from your order, please write us contact@sergiolub.com.
Guaranteed Craftsmanship
We take pride in our work, and make a quality product. If you notice a craftsmanship defect (such as a sharp edge), please contact us for a replacement.Excessive bending will stress any metal, and can cause breakage. Improper and excessive bending is not considered a craftsmanship defect, and is not covered by our craftsmanship guarantee.
Magnet Replacement
If you lose a magnet from one of our bracelets, please contact us and we will send you a free magnet with instructions on how to replace it. It's easy!
